Right of rescission
You have the right to rescind the purchase of the contents of this shipment without providing a motivation, within 14 days. The rescission period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier and appointed by you, have physically taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise the right of rescission you must advise us (D Scuola S.p.A., Via Inverigo 2, 20151 Milan, Italy, fax: +39 02 38086448, email: info@deascuola.it) of your decision to rescind the purchase of the contents of this shipment, with a clear-cut statement (i.e. a letter sent by mail, fax or email). To this end, you may use the attached rescission form, though it is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the rescission time frame, simply send us your rescission notice within the established deadline.
Effects of rescission
Should you resolve to rescind the purchase of the contents of this shipment, you will be reimbursed for any payments you made to us, including the delivery costs (except for any additional costs if you chose a courier other than the standard less expensive one we offer), without undue delay and, in any eventuality, no more than 14 days from the day we were advised of your decision to rescind the purchase of the contents of this shipment. Such refund shall be executed utilising the same payment method as you utilised in the initial transaction, provided you did not expressly request otherwise. In any case, you shall not incur any expenses as part of such refund. A refund may be withheld until the returned goods have been received, or until the customer proves the goods were dispatched, whichever comes first.
We request you return the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay; in any case, within 14 days from the day you advised your intention to rescind the purchase of the contents of this shipment. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires. You shall be liable for any costs arising from the return of goods. You shall be liable only for a decrease in value of the goods that results from any handling other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of said goods.
